For smaller parcels of land we will simply have you sign a contract in front of a notary. Notaries are located at most banks and there is no need for us to be there. We can also arrange for a notary to meet you at your home! We simply send you the filled out two-page contract and all you need to do is have it notarized. Once we receive the notarized contract we will provide you with the agreed upon price in cash, a check, online, or however you prefer payment.
Absolutely! As long as you still legally own the property we can pay off the back taxes and close on the land. We will handle the entire process and take the stress of delinquent taxes away.
On most land deals we pay all of the closing costs! On larger land deals with title companies there may be some prorated charges which will be listed out in clear detail before any contract is submitted.
Of course not! We love the opportunity to look at land for sale anywhere in the United States!
Not a problem! We will simply handle everything electronically. All you will need to do is visit a notary or we can also arrange for one to come to you!
